Spring of 2010, Deanna sent the letter below and email's of other
mothers begging Deanna to help them keep their children safe and get
their custody back, to all the House of Representatives and Senators.
Here is what the letter stated.
Dear Representative of Michigan,
I have filed a petition to have my family court case investigated and to
impeach Judge Patricia Gardner. I have named my case The United
Way Case and have attached my impeachment petition, my case
information, and Federal laws that have been violated in my case.
When mothers are afraid to speak out against the wrong that have
been done to them by a judge, the judge needs to go. Mothers are
afraid they will not be able to see their children, just like this writer, if
they speak up. Many people know what is going on in the 17th circuit
court. I know you have seen the mother and father web sites all over
the US regarding the family court system corruption. I know you have
also seen the mother and father groups and their attempts to change
the broken system. In the end it is the children who are broken.
Michigan can be the leader in creating changes for the better in the
family court and become a role model for other states.
It is time to clean house and I expect the legislative body to do so.
I ask that the representatives of Michigan show that they will protect
children and parents rights and uphold the Constitution by impeaching
this judge before the November elections.
I am asking my friends to not vote for any representative who refuses
to impeach this dishonorable judge. If you will not stand by this mother,
you will not stand by any parent. Your actions will speak to the people
and they will know where their politicians stand for their rights. If you
are not going to protect children, there is no reason for you to be in
office. The people voted you in and they can vote you out.

Pete Hoekstra (Congressman) and the Attorney General Michael Cox,
did nothings and Andy Dillion refused my impeachment.
