Parents of Michigan are tired of the failing Family Court System! Just how many web site does it take before politician's will decide there is a problem? As of March 2010, Deanna Kloostra a non custodial mother filed impeachment papers with Andy Dillon of the House of Representatives. Deanna requested that her family court case be investigated and Judge Patricia Gardner of the 61st District Court, 17th Circuit Court, Kent County Family Division be impeached before the August Primaries. Deanna has requested that the politicians in the House and Senate protect our children or get out of office. Currently Deanna has 24 other non custodial mothers whose children have been removed from them by Judge Patricia Gardner illegally. If the House and Senate do not investigate Deanna’s case and proceed with the impeachment process, this will show the people that legislation does not care about her children or yours. Deanna has also been sending all of the Michigan House of Representatives and Senators information regarding what is happening in the family court system in the state and across the US. She has forwarded emails by other non custodial mothers begging her to help protect their children, to regain custody, and to receive justice in their case. When you decide to vote for these candidates, ask yourself one question. Do you want to elect someone who will protect your children and have justice served, or someone who is more interested in campaign contributions and networking with their friends? |

| Bill Seeks Prison For Those Lying To Panels Giving False Info To State Committees Could Bring 5 Years Eric Freedman • Capital News Service • April 13, 2009 • From Lansing State Journal Those who deliberately lie to legislative panels could go to prison under a proposed state law. "The decisions we make are too large, too important, not to have them based on accurate information," said Rep. Dudley Spade, D-Tipton, one of two lead sponsors of the proposed law. "You don't think anybody ever lies in Lansing?" he said. The other chief sponsor, Rep. Lee Gonzales, D-Flint, said, "We're supposed to be stewards of the public interest. If so, we have to make sure the information we get is accurate and no one should be misleading. "Government business is serious business, especially now," Gonzales said. Their proposal would make it a felony to provide false information to a House or Senate committee or subcommittee, even if the witness doesn't take an oath to tell the truth. Violators would face up to five years in prison and a $10,000 fine. Co-sponsors include Republican Reps. Darwin Booher of Evart, Tory Rocca of Sterling Heights, Paul Opsommer of DeWitt and Tim Moore of Farwell. Democratic co-sponsors include Reps. Tim Melton of Pontiac, Michael Lahti of Hancock, Joel Sheltrown of West Branch and Coleman Young II of Detroit. |
