Dear Shirley,

This letter is in response to my original complaint regarding your Vice President Dennis Schichtel of
commercial accounts. It is believed that Dennis shared information with his spouse Donna Mobilia, the attorney
for my children in my custody case. Your recommendations that no one shared information regarding my case
is hard to believe. I also can not believe you are saying an upstanding attorney in the Grand Rapids, Michigan
is deceitful. I can not believe that attorney Donna Mobilia would write something in court papers that was not
true and present those papers to the court. Donna is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and sits on the
Domestic Violence committee. She donates money to several organizations for women in the area such as the
YWCA and The Women’s Resource Center. Donna gets referrals form the YWCA for women who are in
domestic violence relationships and charges them a smaller fee for her services. Donna personally holds a
free class for low income women who are thinking about getting a divorce at the Women’s Resource Center.
For Donna to go into court and say anything about my banking accounts and not have first hand knowledge of
such, makes her a deceiving person. I know that you do not want this upstanding attorney to be questioned as
to her honesty. This leaves me to believe that Fifth Third Bank must have a dishonest employee who leaked
my bank account information to Donna. As the attorney for my children who is to represent the best interest of
my children, this would be devastating to the case and show that Donna has fabricated information to the court
and not represented the best interest of the children. If Donna was to lie about this, then the courts would
wonder what else Donna has lied about. I do not think that Donna will take lightly her integrity being
jeopardized. Please do an in depth investigation of this case within the next 30 days and provide me with an in
depth report, otherwise I will have to bring this matter into court and show Donna Mobilia, the Guardian Ad
Litem in my case as a dishonest person. Please note my address has changed to Po Box 8491, Grand Rapids,
MI 49518. Phone 616-322-5279.

Guardian Ad Litems are placed into divorce cases by the recommendation of the
judge. The court has a list of professionals who are interested in filling this position.
Typically it is attorney'"s who fill this role, but one does not have to be an attorney.

Please remember that the GAL is ordered by the court so they are the arm of the
court. If you win in the Court of Appeals because of the incorrect law not being applied
to your case, and your GAL is an attorney, you can file a claim with the County to sue
for damages as Tim Ryan did
. Kent County
