Family Court and Friend of the Court are treated by The Grand Rapids
Press (and other news organizations) as a proverbial “Third Rail” when it
comes to investigative reporting.
Looking the other way does little to serve the community as a whole. In the
meantime, children hurt while parents seek justice in a system that

Several parents have contacted The Grand Rapids Press and are
ignored. Richard Burchfield was ignored by The Grand Rapids Press
and ended up going to another new paper who printed his article. The
article above was also printed in another new paper. Deanna
received the news paper clipping from a non custodial mothers,

Grand Rapids Press and WOTV - Media Cover up?
I find it very interesting that the Grand Rapids Press and WOTV has
refused to report the many “Nightmare Stories” regarding the Kent County
17th Circuit Court – Family Division and the “Illegal Rulings” and
destruction of Families of our area.
For years I have e-mailed Reporters from both organizations. The majority
of the e-mails go unanswered. In addition, I have submitted multiple
“Letters to the Editor” and never received a response.
Recently a new Courts Editor was appointed and we had e-mailed each
other multiple times and there was interest. That came to a halt and I have
never received another response to my e-mails.
Speaking with another “Victim of the System”, she told me that when she
spoke with the Editor of the G.R. Press regarding a story, “he laughed at
her”.
This type of avoidance of the “Real Issues” is not “Freedom of the Press”.
It is covering up for friends and has a “Political Agenda”. These people
should be ashamed of what they are doing to the many people that have
had to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars defending themselves and
the “Rights of their Children”.
Write the Grand Rapids Press and WOTV and ask them why they are
afraid to deal with the issues. I have asked them “If this happened to you,
what would you do?”, and of course, never an answer. -Guest on

Human Resource Associates Judge Patricia Gardner ordered Deanna for a psychological evaluation with this business. When Deanna was order by her Judge to have a Psychological Evaluation with the Human Resource Associates, Deanna called another mother who had been ordered for a Psychological Evaluation by the same organization to discuss her experience. She found that Jeff Zieliszewski was the person who conducted this Mothers evaluation and the results were very negative. Jeff provided a very grave report. With this information, Deanna requested Jeff to conduct her evaluation and her results were the same…negative. Because of what she learned from the Mother she spoke too, Deanna brought a tape recorder to her consultation. When playing the taped interview back, Jeff misquotes Deanna several times and uses vocabulary that Deanna never used. The report states “Deanna quit a job before she was fired for inappropriate conduct around residents”. What Deanna actually talked about, was being accused by co-workers for inappropriate conduct that never took place. The report also stated “Deanna lost a job due to fatigue and memory loss”. Deanna resigned from her job at the apartment complex where she lived in because her furnace had mold and three inches of debris on the furnace that made her sick. A Mold Specialist rated her apartment a “Category 3”, which means it is detrimental to your health. In other words, Deanna could have died from the toxic levels. In addition, Jeff’s report states, “I grabbed him and spanked him and he got scolded.” Deanna never used the word scolded and has no clue what Jeff is even talking about in regards to the paragraph this sentence is in. Jeff states Deanna has a “Personality Disorder NOS” that includes “attention seeking and anti-social characteristics”. (Deanna’s friends laugh at this one. Deanna is known as a social butterfly. Deanna does not need to seek attention, her personality attracts men for miles.) Deanna “displays significant passive-aggressive and manipulative techniques”. (If you are aggressive in Court it is a bad thing and if you are passive aggressive in Court it’s also a bad thing. I guess if you are unemotional and just stand in court with a dumb look on your face your good for the Judge.) Deanna’s favorite is that she “tends to be quite oppositional and defiant, particularly to authority”. (This happens to be the only truthful diagnosis by Jeff. When one impeaches a Judge, it can be seen as being oppositional and defiant.) During the evaluation Jeff stated, Judge Gardner tends to “punish people.” Is the Family Court System about laws and the criminal court system about punishment? This is part of the reason people are requesting the Impeachment of Judge Patricia Gardner. When Deanna’s friends describe her to others they say, “You would think she is a Lawyer”. Deanna quit dressing up for Court because people were asking her to represent them while she waited for her case to be heard by the Judge. One of Deanna’s own teacher begged her to get a Law Degree. Several people have told Deanna she should become a Lawyer. Deanna always replies, “I refuse to be a “Lying Lawyer”. So Deanna asks, “Do Lawyers have Personality Disorder NOS” that includes attention seeking and antisocial characteristics. Do lawyers display significant passive- aggressive and manipulative techniques? I think we all know the answer to this. So Deanna will accept this diagnosis if Jeff admits to the fact that this is the typical personality of lawyers and judges and therefore is the issues that Deanna has with Donna Mobilia (the GAL in her case) and judge Patricia Gardner. Finally, Jeff states, “She has also networked with others who tend to reinforce and nurture her pathology”. Frankly, individual Mental Health counseling would likely be a waste of resources. Frankly Jeff, your evaluation was a waste of $300 that the tax-payers paid out of the ADR fund. Deanna is just thankful that the Court did not pay the $675 the Human Resource Associate originally requested. What a waste of tax-payers money. How do you feel about paying $300 for a good laugh? | Cooley Law School Clinic Access to Justice Don't get your hopes up girls. They would not take Deanna's case because they said it was to complicated and they did not have the resources to help. Deanna also had another non custodial mother go and apply for help. Guess what? They turned her down for help also. Cooley Law gets over $240,000 of funding to run the clinic, and Deanna's new judge, Daniel Zemiatis, teaches at the school. |
