Deanna Kloostra is a non custodial mother herself. She has a Bachelors degree in
Human Services. She has been in the family court system for over 12 years. Deanna
wants to educating other mothers who are in the court system and feel that they are
alone. She wants mothers to understand what they are up against so they can be
empowered. Deanna has been concealed from her children since Jan 1, 2009

Deanna has named her case The United Way Case because of the way the judges and lawyers unite
together along with other organizations and government entities to continue the legal abuse in this case.
Ups she did it again, Judge Gardner followed the same procedure she took in the Ryan v Ryan’s case and
has violated the due process laws once again and establishes a pattern and practice. To top everything off,
Judge Gardner sent Deanna to the YWCA for supervised visitation where the judges friend, Carla Blinkhorn,
is the CEO. Judge Gardner and Carla both sit on the board of United Way. It is apparent the two work
together because Judge Gardner has received the Tribute award in 2004. The other two attorneys and
Judge Gardner in 2004 donated to the YWCA and make yearly contributions. A yearly soft ball game is
played between women attorneys and judges with the proceeds going to the YWCA. The softball games are
played at Fifth Third Ball Park.

The children's father continued to make false reports to Child Protective Services (CPS) and he would have
girlfriends and friends make false reports.
-The children’s father would tell the children not to go with the ride share mother, because he was picking
them up. The father would not pick the children up from school and the school would get upset with Deanna.
At one point the children were picked up when they were not supposed to. Deanna had no clue where her
children were and neither did the school. The school could not confirm if the children were with the father.
The father did not respond to any phone calls. After this the school finally decided to help Deanna. The
children could not be released to the father unless given permission by Deanna.
-When the children were at there fathers house there were no rules or punishment for bad behavior.
-The children were allowed to watch "War of The Roses" by Stephen King and "American Pie" at the age of
11 and 7 years old. These movies would not have been allowed by Deanna. After 10 minutes of watching
American Pie, Deanna had to turn the movie off. She was in disbelief the children were allowed to watch
such a movie. After
Deanna’s 7 year old watched the Stephen King movie he had nightmares.
- The children’s father would play games with the children. While married Deanna could not get her children’
s father to play with the children or take care of them while she went away.
- The oldest child was diagnosed with ADHD and the child’s father refused to give him his medicine. This
kept the child off balance and confused.
- The oldest child was shown by his father his bills. The father started crying and stated, “Your mother is
taking all my money.” When the child would come home after weekend visitation, with the father, the child
would get in Deanna’s face and state, “Stop taking all my dad’s money.”

Dennis Schichtel. Dennis works for Fifth Third Bank as the vice president of commercial accounts. Deanna's
last motion in 2009 Mrs. Mobilia stated Deanna had a “defense fund” from selling products on her web site.
Fifth Third Bank is where Deanna was keeping all of her funds.
Deanna reported this to the banking authorities. Fifth Third claims Dennis was not in Deanna's account. This
just means that someone else gave Donna information. Now Donna goes into court and tells the judge that
Deanna is sending her e-mails at 4:30AM. Deanna has no clue what Donna is talking about. Do you think
